Yes. Every plan includes a free trial so you can provision a Cloud PBX domain and test calling before you commit. Click “Start Your Free Trial”, sign up, and you can activate your services from the dashboard in minutes.

Three steps: create your account, choose a package, then activate your services from the dashboard. Your Cloud PBX domain is provisioned automatically and you can start configuring extensions right away.

No. iCall is fully cloud-based. You can make and receive calls from our Windows desktop dialer or the iCall mobile apps (Android, iOS, and Huawei AppGallery) — no PBX boxes or desk phones required.

Each plan includes SIP trunk lines, a set number of extensions, custom IVR menus, and call-recording storage. Intelligence features such as the AI Agent, WhatsApp Call integration, and Microsoft Teams (SBC) integration are available as add-ons. See the Packages page for the details of each tier.

The AI Agent is a 24/7 virtual receptionist — conversational AI that answers FAQs, schedules bookings, and routes priority calls. It’s an optional add-on; the monthly add-on fee is shown on each package, and call usage/minutes are billed separately.

Yes. iCall provides compliant call recording with encrypted storage, so you can capture conversations for quality assurance, training, and legal compliance. Storage capacity depends on your plan.
