Delete your iCall account

iCall is a VoIP service by Etisalcom. You can delete your account and associated data using either of the methods below.

In-app deletion

  1. Open the iCall app.
  2. Go to the Account tab.
  3. Tap Sign out on your line.

Signing out immediately removes your account registration and device from our servers, deleting your SIP line and push token.

Request deletion online

Don't have the app installed? Enter the phone number / DID that was used to sign in. Our team will delete the account and confirm.

What data is deleted

  • Removed immediately: your SIP account record, device push tokens, and SIP registration on our gateway.
  • Temporarily retained: call-detail records (CDR) required for billing/legal purposes are kept for up to 90 days, then permanently purged.
